What we collect

This website does not use accounts, forms or tracking. The personal data we process is limited to:

• Correspondence data — name, business e-mail, company details and message content you send us by e-mail (for example, trade enquiries via the links on this site);
• Technical server data — standard web-server logs (IP address, time, requested page) kept by our hosting provider for security purposes;
• Business-partner data — contact details of customer and supplier representatives, processed to perform contracts.

Why we process it

• To answer and manage trade enquiries (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR);
• To perform and document B2B contracts, invoicing and logistics (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR);
• To comply with accounting, tax and export legislation of Finland and the EU (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable follow-up period. Accounting records that contain personal data are retained for the periods required by the Finnish Accounting Act (generally 6–10 years).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with our accounting, logistics, banking and IT service providers strictly to the extent needed, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA unless the destination ensures an adequate level of protection.

Your rights
