Exercising your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may at any time ask us to:

• Access — confirm what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• Rectify — correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Erase — delete data we have no legal obligation or overriding reason to keep;
• Restrict / object — limit or stop processing based on legitimate interest;
• Port — receive data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format.

How to make a request

Send your request by e-mail with the subject line "GDPR request" to:

Please write from the e-mail address your enquiry concerns, or otherwise identify yourself so that we can verify the request. We respond within one month, as required by Art. 12(3) GDPR. Requests are free of charge unless manifestly unfounded or excessive.

What we will need

• Your name and the company you represent (our data is B2B contact data);
• The nature of your request (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability);
• Any context that helps us locate your data (e.g. prior correspondence, invoices, dates).

Complaints

If you consider that our processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, Finland — tietosuoja.fi — or with the authority of your own EU member state.
